Burn

$SUDIGITAL has a fixed 1B supply and an annual emission cap of 10M tokens. Only one burn source is live today.

Live: NFT Minting Fees

  • First mint: 75% to platform, 25% burned.
  • Subsequent mints: 1% founder, 1% creator, 98% platform — of which 25% burned (24.5% of the mint).

Implemented on-chain in sudigital-nft (Solana) and NftModule (EVM).

Planned (not live)

  • Mission / ecosystem fee burn (Phase 2, Month 3+): 50% of the 5% ecosystem fee burned. enabled: false.
  • DEX trading fee burn (Phase 3, Month 6+, governance): 25% of trading fees burned. enabled: false.

Not implemented

  • Liquidation penalties
  • DAO buy-back & burn

These appear in earlier drafts but have no on-chain implementation. Source of truth: packages/nft/src/constants/tokenomics.ts (BURN_PHASES).

Burn Governance

PhasePeriodControl
Phase 1Months 0-6Fixed burn rates (investor predictability)
Phase 2Months 6-12Community votes on adjustments (50% approval + 4% quorum)
Phase 3Month 12+Full DAO governance over all burn parameters

Any projection of net supply depends on activity and future phase activation; it is not a guarantee.

  • Ecosystem pool: 400M tokens (40%)
  • Annual cap: 10M tokens (2.5% of pool)
  • Pool lifetime: 40+ years at maximum emission
  • Net supply: depends on future burn phases (see Burn); projections are not guarantees

Reward Earn Tiers

SUDIGITAL is not sold and not listed — it is a closed-loop earn token. Users earn it two ways: (1) an airdrop to eligible users, and (2) as a reward for spending on plans, credits, missions, and prediction markets. The earn rate follows a tiered ladder over a 1M-token budget (0.1% of supply, 10% of annual emission). There is no public market in the current (utility) release — trading opens in the public sale phase. Until then these rates are internal accounting, not a price. The Phase-1 1M budget covers roughly $95K of on-platform spend; subsequent phases draw the remainder of the 20M spend-reward allocation.

Rewards Pool Allocation

The 40% Ecosystem & Rewards allocation (400M) is split as follows:

Airdrop Program

Airdrops are the first earn channel: free distribution to eligible users across four equal-cap seasons (80,000,000 SUDIGITAL = 20% of the 400M Ecosystem & Rewards pool = 8% of supply, inside the industry 6.78–15% band). Only the live season is claimable; later seasons are scheduled so the full plan is visible, and unclaimed tokens roll to the next season. Caps are equal because the user base grows over time — as more wallets qualify, the same cap yields a smaller per-wallet amount (natural early-bird: early adopters earn most).

Season 1 details: one claim per wallet; base 4,000 SUDIGITAL per eligible wallet — exactly the Memer launch price, so 1 airdrop = 1 Memer (season weights tune the amount up for active users); eligibility weights — paid customer 35 · mission/NFT participant 30 · waitlist/community 20 · early tester 15. Caps with rollover — actual distribution = eligible wallets × base (Season 1 planned at ~5,000 wallets ≈ the 20M cap), and unclaimed tokens roll forward. Eligibility snapshot: 2026-10-09 23:59 UTC (eligibility fixed before claims open). Anti-Sybil: wallet age ≥ 30 days and ≥1 eligible signal. Vesting: 25% claimable at claim time + 75% linear over 180 days (best practice once listed; disable via AIRDROP_VESTING.immediateBps = 10000 during the unlisted phase).

Source of truth: claim_conditions (seeder claim-condition-seeder.ts); constants in packages/nft/src/constants/launch.ts (AIRDROP_SEASONS).

Sources

  • Airdrop: eligible users claim the current season (see Airdrop Program).
  • Payments: Stripe / Xendit / crypto purchases auto-earn SUDIGITAL at the active tier.
  • DB source of truth: token_pricing_tiers (managed via seeder token-pricing-seeder.ts).
  • UI mirror: TOKEN_REWARD_TIERS in packages/nft/src/constants/tokenomics.ts.

Safety

  • Reward budget capped at 1M tokens → worst-case exploit dilutes only 0.1% of supply.
  • Earn rate decreases as the budget is consumed, so early participants earn the most.
  • Supports the planned burn program (see Burn); net-supply outcomes are projections, not guarantees.
